1. Development Phase (Prior to Official Release)

Any use, copying, modification, redistribution, or publication of the characters and illustrations is strictly prohibited in the following projects:

Commercial: You may not use them to sell products, for advertising, or to integrate them into paid projects.
Public/Unauthorized: Their inclusion in fangames, mods, videos, avatars, or third-party websites is not permitted without express written authorization from Fembyte.

2. Post-Release Phase (Once the video game is published)

Following the official release of the corresponding video game, a limited license will be granted to the community under the following rules:

Permitted Use (Fanart and Community Content): The creation of original illustrations (fanart), reviews, gameplay videos, and non-profit derivative content will be allowed.
Mandatory Attribution: To use the characters or display the original art, it is mandatory to include a visible attribution of authorship. Required format: "Art and characters property of Fembyte (fembyte.net)" along with the link to the social media platform where it is published.
Ongoing Commercial Restriction: The use of original or derivative designs for personal commercial projects (sale of merchandise, paid spin-off games, etc.) will continue to require an explicit commercial license.

3. Enforcement and Non-Compliance

The unauthorized use of these materials outside the terms described herein will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to request the removal of such content from the corresponding distribution platforms and social media networks.
